Healing

Healing sessions are multi-displinary in nature. We are all different and need to heal in a way that suits each individual, to release old patterns and blocks to get back to feeling good and restoring power that has been lost on a physical, mental emotional or spiritual level. Generally each session consists of hands on healing, talk therapy and meditation.
