Sara’s life purpose was clear at a very young age, To love and be loved. However over the years of trying to find a career the path to find a way to express this purpose became an interesting one. Starting in psychology as a natural way of studying human beings and the way we can love one another or to find the way that people feel / believe they are unloveable. Then craving to understand more or the spiritual component Sara moved into teaching yoga in an effort to hold space to students to find the core of integrating body mind and soul of the individual with the spirit of collective. After practicing and teaching for over 4 years Sara started to practice an even more subtle form of connection, Meditation. After avidly practicing meditation and eventually teaching, Meditation was the direct access to starting to listen to her truest self which lead to Healing. Now using a combination of both meditation and healing in all classes, workshops and trainings to be the clearest expression of the purpose that has been felt for many years. In a world that has to shed the confines of fear, love is the best antidote.
