One of the most intriguing questions I have asked myself over the years is where exactly do you fall when you fall in love? Over the last 365 especially as i dive deeper into the world of healing and particularly with my training and teaching with Ria Ray. I have begun to integrate all of the experiences to find a way to try to explain. I want to start by giving my input on why it is usually associated with another person. It has become clear that our closest or most intimate relationships reflect a lot of our greatest lessons. So just like these relationships can show you where growth is necessary, they can also bring about the lesson you need to be able to open your heart more. Being able to trust and be vulnerable enough to see the world through a different lens. When you fall in love I believe you fall backwards into expansion and trust that you are exactly where you need to be. When we shut down that expansive feeling it makes it very easy to the flow of life and that is when we tend to default into hopelessness. So when you find an opportunity to fall in love take it! Let it spread into your life! Warning: do not allocate the love to any one person other then yourself... Make yourself the Source of love not any one or any experience.
The most important relationship we have is with ourselves! It is the true basis of the types of relationships we can have with others. Join myself and Kit and Ace on Valentines day this year at 6:30pm sharp for a talk and meditation on how to access the part of you that unconditionally loves. Also breaking down what is love? The word love is so limited in the english language. What I am talking about is the expansive energy that transcends fear. You will also be able to give yourself permission open yourself up to deepen into this love and manifest more of it, with the ability to shine it onto others.
There will be wine and chocolate ;-)

The moon cycle is quite auspicious. It moves the tides of our bodies of water and also as we are 80% water it obviously affects us. All moons tend to bring about a lot of energy, they can signal chaotic times. They also represent a cycle completing itself. This specific full moon happens to mean a lot to me. It is a full moon in Gemini (my rising sign) ((if you have no idea what that means click here to learn more)) and it happen to be at the time as my sun sign Sagittarius. Why any of this matters is because of what this moon represents. It highlights relationships in your life. Specifically calling for interdependent relationships rather then codependent relationships. These relationships teach you to keep an open heart while dealing with the complications of working with other human beings. So give yourself permission to learn while you love. Do not be afraid of getting it wrong... only be afraid of not talking about getting it wrong.
Integrate mind body and spirit. Use your breath bring yourself into the present moment. Take deep breaths through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Three in a row. Repeat as needed.
The Heart wants love, the Mind wants to protect, the Body wants movement and the Soul wants peace. I personally believe that when the heart, the mind, and the body are connected and actually integrated - that is peace. Peace which gives you the liberation to feel and to release areas where the ego sits; there is no room for the ego in peace. Let's integrate and allow the expansion into peace.
